In my previous post I talked about some of the essential oils and blends we used while dealing with grief. Another big part of using these amazing tools came when I had a traumatic emergency birth with our son, and also spent several weeks in the NICU with him before he was able to come home.
I spent months almost frozen in fear and frustration, and finally I realized that I had essential oils on hand- maybe I needed to learn more about utilizing them for my unique circumstances!
I first purchased the book by Dr Carolyn Mein, and started using the suggestions in the book for grief, anger and loss. Because I was a busy mom, I used rollers and put the oils suggested in them to make applying easier! Within DAYS I had already noticed that I was capable of talking more about my experiences and wanting to release some of the thoughts I had been carrying in my mind for months!
We have purchased the book by Dr Perkus, plus received training from him about the Aroma Freedom Technique, and it is an exciting way to help overcome obstacles and clear the way for healthy mental living!
